Licence paid, but expired ! (4 Replies, Read 1893 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 37 Status:	I am very unhappy ! I received an email on 31 december for expiration of licence. I paid yesterday. And nothing happens, except licence has expired today ! 2 emails already sent, and no answer ! Please take a look to my account (pppplus) and answer to requests !!

Another thing : on your payment page, you advise to use Paypal, but the paypal button doesn't work, and we have only 2checkout to use.

Our payment system is automatic but for some unknown reasons the notification was not received from 2Checkout. We have activated your license. I just checked the PayPal button and it is working fine.
