Group: Member Post Group: Working Newbie Posts: 74 Status:	Does phpList not work with PHP 5.3? I get an error saying that it will not work with PHP 5.3. I'm very surprised to find a script that has not yet implemented support for PHP 5.3. Their website: http://docs.phplist.com/SystemRequirements.html seems to indicate that their developers use PHP 5.3. It seems that Softaculous is stopping phpList from installing on systems with PHP 5.3. However, I don't know if this is something that has been overlooked by Softaculous developers? Perhaps in the past, phpList did not work with PHP 5.3, but they have since fixed it, but Softaculous has not yet removed that catch. Or perhaps phpList really doesn't support PHP 5.3.

Group: Member Post Group: Working Newbie Posts: 74 Status:	Well, the little dab of text to the left of that table says: Quote The developers use the following setup: Ubuntu 10.04 Mysql 5.1.41-3 PHP 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.7 with Suhosin-Patch (cli) Which leads you to believe that it will work with PHP 5.3. It's a bit confusing.

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5653 Status:	Hi, Sir we have tested this on PHP 5.3 and there are issues with PHP 5.3 Since the System Requirements do not recommend to use phpList on PHP 5.3.x server we have added this check. Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 6 Status:	Helo, i have phplist install the version 2.10.18 with softaculous. I will upgrade to 2.10.19, but i became the message Quote phpList is not compatible with PHP version 5.3+ What can i do?

We have emailed them regarding this issue and we are awaiting response from them.
