 Unable to add new staff member, Unable to add new staff member even though I have filled all Required info (1 Replies, Read 6483 times)

I am logged in as an admin and am trying to add new staff members.

I have filled all the required information and even them am getting the below message:
Unable to add staff. Correct any error(s) below and try again.

I checked the user details and there is no info missing. All fields with asterix is filled out.

I am installed on AWS and have not done any modifications or custom work

Please help
