We are running a dedicated server via InMotion Hosting.
The server's OS is AlmaLinux - Linux 4.18.0-513.9.1.el8_9.x86_64 x86_64
We have ngnix employed which is doing a reverse proxy function to handle cache for Apache. We are having two issues from an operational perspective:
1. We cannot get any Office applications installed in NextCloud because of a requirement to stand-up a Collabora Office server outside of Nextcloud.
2. We are experiencing outages when PHP-FHP gets taxed and we have to keep increasing fhp_children and recycle the PHP-FHP service to get the NextCloud application running again.
We used the Softaculous product to install NextCloud but we cannot find a log of how Softaculous installed the NextCloud application and we have several questions about the decision process Softaculous used to set the application up:
1. How is memory configured for disk storage Ram and cache?
2. What base utilities were installed with NextCloud?
3. What system dependencies were considered to support the install of NextCloud in our OS environment?
4. Where are all the files stored for the NextCloud required directories (need file library structure)?
5. What performance settings were established on the initial installation?
6. Where and how are those performance settings established?
