You've sent the expiring emails on the day they expired. Which was Christmas in my case. Is it possible to send these email a week earlier so we have enough time to pay? It would be more professional like this.

We don't inform the customers they have an unpaid invoice in the same day we suspend their account...but a couple of weeks before.
