I've completed the software install successfully from command line but when I go to the last step of the process in the wiki:

Now go to : WHM > Plugins (Add-Ons on older versions than 11) > Softaculous - Instant Installs

The following webpage will open if the installation was successful:

I cannot find softaculous anywhere in WHM - help much appreciated. thanks
