Hello there,

I signed up for the Softaculous free trial for my cpanel server and put in my ip correctly. However it never gave me a key to input into the softaculous admin panel on my cpanel. I am trying to use a premium tool to test the deployment and see if it will scale for our needs.

I am getting this error "Laravel cannot be installed in the Free version of Softaculous.  Unlock Premium Features"

Please advise what to do.

Hi,

Softaculous will fetch the license based on your IP you do not need to enter the license key.

Please go to Softaculous admin panel and click on the Refresh license button to refresh the license. Softaculous does that automatically every 24 hours.

If you still face the issue please open a support ticket with us so we can check this for you :
