Please remove it from : /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_blacklist and add it in whitelist to avoid this issue in future : /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ip_whitelist Here are more details on the issue : https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=306 Softaculous uses 127.0.0.1 to connect to Directadimin API which fails when this IP is blacklisted.
