AMPPS seems to start fine and both Apache and MySQL services start, but... Is there any reason that all mouse clicks on any function icon seem to require a double-click? Single clicks seem to get hung up with the localhost not responding.Initially I thought the firewall was trapping the requests, but after spending 2 long sessions with Norton/Symantec, we could only get to this point.  :squi:   FYI: Windows 7 Pro 64bit; IE 9.0.8112.16421 update ver. 9.0.18

Hi,

It should work in single click. Please wait till it responds. It takes little time.

Can you name some function icon ? like AMPPS Home, Local Web. OR PHP Tab, Apache Tab ?

Please open a ticket. We will look into it.

The "delay" for localhost not responding is endless - not just a matter of seconds, minutes, or even an hour or more (tested). It is involved in every page request, even for the applications (like WordPress) running under/through the AMPPS facility. I'll open a ticket...Thanks for your attention to this!

Update:More information on the localhost not-responding without double-click behavior- the application is WordPress utilizing localhost 127.0.0.1- sometimes clicking on selections or changing pages can go thru successfully if executed within a few seconds of each other. (May be dependent upon menu heirarchy)- sometimes issuing a refresh (F5) is successful with localhost if done within a few seconds of the first request (especially useful if menu function no longer available during localhost request) [ Sorry for post here. Didn't get the support ticket # filed 7/13/2013 ]
