It seems somone is using our IP. We do not have any softaclulous free license on our server. We would like the Premium one.

When we try to buy we get this error:

The IP address(s) - xxxxxxxxx - are already assigned to a Free /
Premium Softaculous License. If its your Free license IP then first Add the License in your My License Page.

How can we fix this? Thanks.
