 Softaculous 5.9.6 doesn't activate child themes (4 Replies, Read 3030 times)

I am using Softaculous 5.9.6 on Bluehost hosting.
I have Martfury Themes on Wordpress using a child themes.
When I try to activate Martfury => no problem
When I try to activate Martfury child from Softaculous => not working => White page
When I activate child themes manually directly on wp => it activate
