Quote The AMPPS that you have downloaded from the download page is AMPPS 2.0 and it comes with an addon i.e. Softaculous AMPPS and its version is 2.3, both of them are independent of each other.
Thank you for the clarification.
Quote Sorry I am little confused here, if phpMyAdmin is not loading then where can you see the version?
The 'Scripts Center' in my installation of ampps shows phpMyAdmin 3.5.7; however, the title bar of my browser says '3.5.6'—the browser window itself is blank/empty due to phpMyAdmin not loading properly in the browser.
Quote Currently AMPPS by default comes with phpMyAdmin 3.5.6 which is located in /Applications/AMPPS/phpmyadmin. And Softaculous AMPPS which is an auto-installer included in AMPPS provides phpMyAdmin 3.5.7 which needs to be installed.
Do I need to manually install version 3.5.7? And if so, how do I do that?
I appreciate the help and the patience, as I'm not yet very proficient with ampps outside of a few basic functions.
