When trying to install packages in Softaculous you get the following. The MySQL Connection could not be established.Specs: Cent 6.8, WHM 62, EA4, Softaculous 4.8.4, MariaDB 10.0.28 What I have done Re installed Softaculous Reset MySQL Root Password Restart Cpanel/MariaDB Verified Databases can be created in cPanel Disabled and Enabled IonCube Loaders in Tweak Settings Nothing gets logged in /var/softaculous/error_log.log cPanel error log shows the following Code cPanel LiveAPI parser returned XML, which is deprecated. "The issue is due to a bug in WHM 11.62.0.1 in cPanel's API to detect the PHP version selected by the user using MultiPHP Manager in EasyApache 4. The API failure causes all the API calls (eg: database creation) executed after this API call to fail. The cPanel team has an open case (CPANEL-10700) for this issue and once they fix it your issue should resolved." You can verify the patch gets pushed by monitoring the cPanel change log for 62 at the link below https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CL/62+Change+Log

Unfortunately the issue is not yet fixed by the cPanel team and we are awaiting for a fix regarding this case. Group: NOC Post Group: Newbie Posts: 5 Status:	Problem confirmed across all our servers today. Something happened in the last 24 hours causing issue. Running softaculous 4.8.7 tested on cpanel 62.08 and 62.10 all new installations fail with db error. This is urgent and needs to be resolved.

The following errors were found : The MySQL Connection could not be established. Could not unzip the Language files The MySQL Connection could not be established. Please help.
