The Joomla 1.5. Joomla 2.5, and Joomla 3.0 links all take you to the Joomla 3.0 auto install. Is this intentional?

I get the removal of 1.5 but 2.5 is still a necessity since those using it will not be upgrading until March of 2014 when 3.5 comes out. There are too many people who need 2.5. Is there any way to still provide the 2.5 auto install.

Hi,

We have not disabled Joomla 1.5 and 2.5 they are still available to install. You can select the version on the install form. You may refer to the following guide on how to install older versions of a script :
http://softaculous.com/docs/Install_Older_Versions_of_Scripts

Let us know if you are still face the issue.

When I access Softaculous through the CPanel both with InMotion and Sitground web hosting, the Joomla  2.5 install button takes me to the 3.0 install page. This happened two nights ago. I clicked on it and I installed 2.5 and five minutes latter when I clicked on it it was installing 3.0. I cannot figure out how to get to the 2.5 install. I figured this had to do with a link glitch on Softaculous part and not my web hosting since it is happening with both web hosting companies.

Never mind. I am so dumb. The logo for Joomla had changed to 3.0. I forgot that you can select the dropdown menu and change the install version. I was so use to the defaul being 2.5.9 that I did not even think about that option when the default changed to 3.0.3. So sorry giant brain fart.
