It appears I have two license and neither is on my server.
Current lic. is under my private IP and this other is attached to my public IP, I can only see one license, can someone tell me where the other license is or please remove it so I~ can update the current. one is under 192.168.1.10 the others under 38.102.127.136, i need the active one on my account to point at my public IP, and the server just keeps showing 0000-0000- etc, free.

Hi,

Softaculous requires the license on the public IP of your server. You can change the IP for your license from Client area :
https://www.softaculous.com/clients?ca=softaculous

Also in order to refresh the license please execute the following command :
php /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/softaculous/cli.php --refresh-license

We were able to access your server today.

We have found the issue and have applied the patch on your server and the license works fine now.

We will also include this patch in the next version of Softaculous.

I had to roll the server back and I back at the issue again, can you guys either share the fix or jump on and fix it agian, sorry!

The license file was being fetched from a non SSL url which we have fixed to SSL.

We have provided you the patch file on your ticket as well.
