 unable to login, I can't login to Master panel anymore after I changed the root password of server (5 Replies, Read 19646 times)

Hi, I changed my server root password 2days ago and after that I can't login to master panel becuase of incorrect username or password ,and I get this error in virtualizor service status

useradd: failed adding user 'emps', data deleted

what should I do?
I tried all common suggestions in websites and chat gpt
