If I create a regular user or a cloud user, they cannot log in and receive the message "Account not activated. Please contact the administrator, etc." At the same time, I do not see any special function in the control panel for activating accounts.

The question can be closed. Different ports are used for the user and the administrator when accessing the server. I either did not see this in the instructions, or it is not in the instructions.
