 Why have EMERGENCY Support Option, Urgent, Emergency options (0 Replies, Read 1009 times)

It seems support only is available during India business hours.
Why have the option of selecting Emergency support when lodging tickets ( as we have a server offline after update ) if your staff go offline on Skype and non one responds to EMERGENCY requests after hours ??
