Why have EMERGENCY Support Option, Urgent, Emergency options (0 Replies, Read 1665 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 3 Status:	It seems support only is available during India business hours. Why have the option of selecting Emergency support when lodging tickets ( as we have a server offline after update ) if your staff go offline on Skype and non one responds to EMERGENCY requests after hours ??
