I have Ampps installed on my Windows 7 workstation. I edited the Apache config to cause it to serve e:\www as my web root, and that does work. (I know it's working because I've installed manually Pydio on in that root, and I can verify that it's using that root. Also, if I browse to http://localhost/, where I have a phpinfo() page, it tells me the document root is where I expect it to be.)
However, when I use Softaculous to install a script (in this case, Drupal), it puts the script in the old location on my C:\ drive, underneath the Ampps program file directory. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Ampps\www\).
Surprisingly, the script actually works when installed there. Not sure yet why (and the reason I'm using Ampps in the first place is that I don't want to have to waste time figuring stuff like that out).
I need Softaculous to install scripts in the actual web root, not in its legacy location.
How do I fix this?
