Has anybody made a training video on how to build a website, I really can't learn just by reading a PDF file it just confused me but I can follow along to a video I bought this product and I really would like to be able to use it. I try sending an email to support asking for additional training and haven't heard back but again I don't want this to be a waste of money.

This is such a common frustration and you are definitely not alone in learning better through video than through written documentation. A lot of people absorb technical information much more effectively by watching someone do it step by step rather than trying to translate text instructions into actions.
For general website building there is genuinely excellent free video content on YouTube that covers most platforms in detail. Searching for the specific product name you bought followed by the word tutorial usually surfaces walkthroughs made by other users and independent creators who often explain things more clearly than official documentation does anyway. Channels like Traversy Media and Kevin Powell are solid for web basics if you are dealing with more code-based tools.
If you bought through a platform like Udemy or similar there is often a Q and A section where you can ask the instructor directly and responses tend to be faster than official support emails. The community forums around most website builders are also worth checking because someone has almost certainly asked the same question before and the thread will have video links or step by step answers already in it.
On the support email front it is worth following up with a second message since first emails get buried more often than people realise. Being specific about exactly which part of the process you are stuck on tends to get faster and more useful responses than a general request for training materials. The same principle applies to getting help anywhere online whether for software tools or platforms like https://tropical-casino.com/ Tropical Casino where knowing precisely what you need to ask makes the difference between a useful answer and a generic one.
What product did you buy? Someone here may have come across video tutorials for it already.
