 Sending email with PHP, Setting up sending email in PHP (6 Replies, Read 24483 times)

From some older threads I have understood it's not (yet) possible to send emails using AMPPS. I have also understood I have to set up a local mailserver (I'm on Mac).

Can anyone point to some resources or give some hints on how to do that and what I have to do inside AMMPS or php.ini? I have been searching and reading a lot but everything I find is not related to AMMPS.
