Hello i contacted support of softaculous for an error which is ==Duplicate entry '655704' for key 'PRIMARY== for restoring backup and they asked me c panel info.. i gave and in the same in mail i mentioned do not mess up with current site while fixing i esspecially warned the guy but ofcourse he didint care he messed it up even worse...
when i got it back i wasnt able to login into wp admin and which wp users wasnt there in myphpadmin and when i restored my previous back up before i gave pass to them wasnt working due to forbidden 403 error, i told contacted them again they didint respond at all... in the end i realized that i lost my index in google and totally messed my seo...
thanks for your great failure support.
