 Moodle 3.1.1 installation problem (3 Replies, Read 1594 times)

Hi, I get this error ehen installing Moodle 3.1.1 to "domain.com/e-learn" using Softaculous.

  The following errors were found :

Could not write the Configuration File config.php

Any help shall be very much appreciated.

Note:
This site has an index.php in its root "domain.com"created by Concrete 5, using Softaculous. Concerte 5 works fine, and I don`t think mentioned problem is related to this, as I tried to install Moodle to a sub-directory.. However, I`m telling you this just in case this information is useful.
