 Cannot login on my cloned Joomla website, Login on my Joomla website is not working (2 Replies, Read 159 times)

Hi,

I just cloned my Joomla 4.4 with Softaculous: it was very easy, but I've 2 problems:

1) The login is not woking: you can put any user & password, and when I select "Log in" button, the same page is reloaded with no error message. It seems that the login is not processed, because there are typical Joomla error when the user or password is not correct (Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet)

2) The remind, reset an registration process ara not working: the page with the information you need to fill is shown, but when you send it to the backend, the URL is malformed. For example, for the reset option ...

- URL OK:/component/users/reset?layout=confirm&Itemid=101
- URL I've: /component/users/?view=featured&task=reset.request&Itemid=101

What I'm doing wrong ? Maybe I've forgot to do anything ?

Just to clarify myself: the typical error on the login is not shown (I forgot a "NO")

Hi,

Apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

We tried on our server and are not able to replicate the issue. I would request you to open a support ticket with us with relevant screenshots of the issue along with the test server credentials. So that we can look in detail and find a solution for it.
