Topic : Connection times out

Have just used Softaculous to update CMSMade Simple on about 30 sites successfully but one won't complete - connection times out.

Any suggestions as to how I can get it to work properly?

Hi,

It looks like this site has huge content which is causing the process to time out.
Can you please backup the installation first :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/How_to_Backup_an_Installation
and then during upgrade do not choose the backup option.

Please let us know if you still face the issue.
