 Moodle 4.5 update error in cpanel (7 Replies, Read 13060 times)

I've been running a Moodle site in cPanel for over a year now. Since v4.5+ Softaculous gives an error when updating "Unable to fetch the plugins list to copy after the upgrade"

Hi,

We have launched a patch for the same in Moodle package which will resolve this issue.

You should get the latest package within 24 hours on your servers. If you need it instantly you can ask your hosting provider to execute cron command on your server :
https://www.softaculous.com/docs/admin/immediate-synchronize-with-softaculous-servers/

Once you get the updated package you can try to Upgrade Moodle and it should work fine.

Do let us know if you face any issues.

Not there is no need for another patch. It is already included in the latest package.

Can you please open a support ticket with us so we can check this for you ?

Afraid there is no option for me to do this, as I am using the dPanel of my hoster. I filed a support ticket with them, but they seem unable to resolve this.
