Hi Webuzo,

is about two years I AM waiting for email improvements like the essential AntiSpam but nothing.

Also I really need have the SPF check on the header of emails who I receive but no reply from you how to fix this and no implementation for now.

I will evaluate to leave the forum and also Webuzo in this years if I can't see improvements on email, sorry... so stop to support users here in the forum... so no quick reply to topic... as you take some times, some time.

Too SPAM issue on the email, I have finished my patience. Also on Christmas so much SPAM and there are no antispam, no blacklist etc.

Also it's a problem not have SPF check on incoming email for know if a domain is the real allowed to send an email or not.

DKIM is not yest implemented also outbound SPF but thank you yto a user and topic here is possible to set so my email have 10/10 points on http://www.mail-tester.com/ that's fine but on inbound email I have issue.

Now also waiting for the fix from Webuzo of the security issue on the old Dovecot 2.0.9 who can't disable SSL 3

Many issues with emails.

My actual hosting use Webuzo as default panel so maybe I will also inform him I will leave her hosting for Webuzo email issues.

I will look for a solution for STOP SPAM have black and white list also SPF check on incoming email.
Today SPF on incoming email are very useful as you can understand if a mail is legitimate or not, without this is more difficult to understand,

I use a lot on gmail, every ISP have this but in Webuzo I can't have also many SPAM email and I have no power for protect me. This is very bad. Two years.

I too was disappointed in the email handling with this panel, but I found a solution that is VERY inexpensive and works GREAT! I tried some other panels and had issues with their email systems as well, and I just got tired of it all.

I found out about MXRoute email service, and I'm glad I did. They do email, and nothing but email, inexpensively and pretty damn awesomely. I tried a few free email services, but was not happy with them for various reasons. I read about these guys on the Low End Talk forum, and gave em a try, and have been a happy customer for about 3 months now.

They have monthly plans and yearly plans, all offer unlimited domains and unlimited email accounts. The only differences are in the amount of disk space for storage. We're talking $15/yr for 5 GB, $20/year for 10GB or $25/year for 15 GB of storage. That's right, not per month, those prices are per year!

I'm running on the 10GB plan, and could easily exist on the 5GB one. But I have a few clients who send images and attachments and sometimes can let their box get a bit full, so I spent the extra $5/year to double the storage just in case. I use it for all my email and website email now, about 12-15 different domains each with a few email accounts and aliases.

Outbound filtering is handled by MailChannels so mail gets delivered ALWAYS, he uses Cpanel for us to administer our accounts, so we're all pretty familiar with that already. Speed of connections and delivery is much faster than any vps/panel/config that I have tried, so it's well worth the few bucks a month for 0 headaches.

In your welcome email you get the info you need to set your spf records, and if you use their DNS servers, DKIM is setup automatically, or if you want to use CloudFlare or any other DNS server there is a knowledge base article explaining how to do it on your own. I have done both methods and get great email server scores from whatever testing site you choose.

This all might sound like a sales pitch, but I feel your pain when it comes to panel authors not answering questions, helping with problems etc. Webuzo performs well for me serving wordpress sites, but the email is lacking, and MXRoute is a great solution for a little cost that takes your email pain away, and still use this great control panel.

Plus you can delete the email services on your vps or server, and save some RAM, always a bonus! If the links to MXRoute are disabled or not allowed, PM me and I'll be glad to share.

Thank you Cosmic.
I have also tried Zoho email in the past who is free for 20 email account.

That site you told is very interesting but i pay a lot for VPS and I want manage emails from my VPS host my email and no other have access.

Also as I AM in Italy, different language and maybe issue on biling.
BUT good idea to post this suggestion here and glad is not only me who see issue in Webuzo mail managment.

I continue to have war with SPAM every day, is very stressful and I am surprise after TWO Years I ask help to Webuzo team for protect ffrom SPAM no help.

Some days ago the support told me they are only to the begin of implement antispam and maybe is sure we will not see on 2016.
Also this morning i get up and found my email with SPAM, fake bank email, ETC.

I Am happy you found this solution for you.
I can understand Webuzo is busy but on 2016 no antispam and antivirus, have no control of blak list, no SPF on incoming email for check if is allowed legitimate or not.. is something who i can't agree.

Hope will relased a solution in Webuzo.

Jarland over at MXRoute is a great guy and would be happy to answer any questions about billing from Italy. The newest server is actually in Canada, and me being in the US/Florida, I was worried about slow connection speed or lag. He said if I tried it and it was slow for me, he would switch me to the the Texas server. But the emails connect really fast and I'm happy with it.

I know what you mean about wanting to have control over everything, that's why we get a vps...  ;-D   but like you, for me it got too frustrating. They also have spam filtering on MXRoute, only the most obnoxious ones get blocked, but I must say, I went from getting hundreds of spam emails a day to getting maybe 5-10 a day. My morning email task is now gone, and I sorta miss it, sorting thru all the crap..... but not really......lol....

Good luck with wrestling with Webuzo or whatever mail solutions you try, email is still very important to a lot of us, and it's nice when it's not frustrating.

I love Webuzo, is great ... but I can't believe they are unable to implement an antispam in Two YEARS ... so I am asking what they have in mind. They are good but why decided to not give priority to antispam?! Maybe because they are using Google email business and I can't pay for also that.. I don't know but really cannot believe they was unable to implement in two years, maybe they won't implement for now but so sad and so issue with SPAM!!
