 adding revsedns problem, Help about adding rvese dns to ips (3 Replies, Read 1955 times)

The following errors were found :
Could not Connect to the remote database

when im trying to add rdns to ips
Any help

Hi,

Sir this error occurs of Virtualizor is not able to connect to PDNS server.
Can you please check the test connection and let us know.

Hi,
How did you checked connection ?

We have a utility within Virtualizor Admin panel to test connection to PDNS server under Power DNS > List DNS servers > test connection

How many DNS servers are present in above list ?

If this connection test is successful, then create Virtualizor support ticket to troubleshoot
