Topic : Shutter script problem

Hi,
I have a problem with Shutter script in Softaculous. All new installation will get 500 internal server error message.

I'm using the latest version(4.2.7) with WHM. This happen across multiple independent server.

Hi,

Are you using suPHP ? If yes please configure the following settings :
http://www.softaculous.com/docs/SuPHP_Settings

If you are not using suPHP these fields should be blank.

If you still face the issue it could be due to some .htaccess configuration please open a support ticket with us we will check it :
