I had installed Dolphin Software on a Shared Hosting and It was working fine there. The problem came when I moved that site to a VPS with Webuzo installed. When I clicked on Facebook Login I am getting this error

" The web page at https://www.facebook.com/dialog/oauth?client_id=818357294861221&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2F63.142.250.211%2Fm%2Ffacebook_connect%2Flogin_form&state=27bcc7e8b1a111c4fcef5422e0e40fd7&scope=email%2Cuser_hometown%2Cuser_birthday%2Cuser_interests%2Cuser_likes%2Cuser_location#_=_ has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer. "

Again moving that site to shared hosting, It is working fine.

After contacting with the Dolphin developer they told that there is some issue with cache/cookie on your server.

To be assure I made a fresh install of Dolphin at another domain on same VPS. I faced the same problem there.
To check further, I installed Dolphin on another VPS with webuzo installed I got the same problem.
At Last I bought another VPS and installed webuzo. With nothing changed in it, I installed Dolphin and got same problem.
I removed Python2 and still same problem.

Now it is confirmed there is something wrong with Webuzo.

The current installation is at http://63.142.250.211/index.php

Please check and resolve it.
