 Issues Downloading Site, Option appears to be missing. (5 Replies, Read 6276 times)

So according to the blog entry over here, there should be an option to enable website downloads in Settings... But when I access settings, there does not appear to be such an option:

Am I looking in the right place, or is there something else going on?
