 Cannot find Operating System when creating VPS although the OS files are already there., Virtualizor (3 Replies, Read 3982 times)

I don't know why, but when I created a VPS using WHMCS. It shows that there is no OS, but I already have it in VIR and entered it by name. How can I know this error and solve it

It’s really annoying when Virtualizor refuses to detect an OS even though the files are sitting right there. Most of the time it’s something small like the template not being marked active, the filename not matching what Virtualizor expects, or a permission issue on the folder. A quick refresh or service restart usually makes the OS show up again, so the fix ends up being much easier than it looks.
