No. This should not cause any issue. You will only have to make your domain point to the server IP, hosted with Hostgator and update the nameservers. You can the same here: http://ip-lookup.net/domain-lookup.php Your domain is currently not pointing to any IP. Hence you are facing the issue. Once the domain is pointed to your server, you should not face the issue. Note: Please do not share personal details on the forum. pals error in wordpress installation through softaculous, i have recently installed my domain in cpanel in hosgator and then installed wordpress in my cpanel through softaculous,i have also recieved the confirmation email in my mail id but when i am goining to my admin panel of wordpress it is showing "This Webpage is not available".
