 problem with buying License, this my problem (6 Replies, Read 4477 times)

hello when i trying to get my license i get this :

  • The IP address(s) - 64.214.191.131 - are already assigned to a Softaculous License.
i have installed it on my server and i want to update it to full vps license

and thank you

there is 2 problems like i said :
first : i have been the invoice twice coz there was i think in the first but it has been payed want to make the license to  12/6 not 11/6
second : i am using whm and still free license

Hi,

I have refunded your amount.
I have made it a VPS monthly subscription but you will have to resubscribe.
Your previous subscription is cancelled!

Your IP addresses were fine from the beginning.

You will need to update the Server Type from the Softaculous Admin Panel itself from your server.
Then run the following Shell command:
Root> php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

It will update th server type.

After that proceed to subscribe.
And after subscription run the above command again to update the license type.

but i can't pay monthly


        Never (Monthly Subscription is enabled)

how i pay monthly then ?!

i have make it vps form panel and i have run the command .
