Hi,

Can you please install a proper support ticket system? I think support via the forum is a bit unprofessional.

I can't supply sensitive information about server environment / client accounts / etc on the forum, and using the forum PM system isn't that good either. We need a way to submit / track support tickets and I suggest using something like Kayako / CerberusWeb / perldesk / etc.
