I downloaded "Full" backup of my server. After server reset, I am trying to restore that data, but first, there is no option of restoring, second, after upload (var/webuzo/backup or var/webuzo-data/backup) i cant see that file in "restore" tab.

I followed documentation (there were CLI instructions), but it gives error.

Hi,

Sir, if you want to restore the full backup of your user, we recommend you restore it from the "import from webuzo" wizard, you can refer to the guide below (follow the doc if you have webuzo backup file) :

https://webuzo.com/docs/endusers-website-owners/import-from-webuzo/#import-with-backup-file

Or

steps :

1) Please upload the backup file inside /home/mtayvefp/directory
2) Give executable permission for the backup file.
3) Go to the webuzo end-user panel of mtayvefp user and open the "import from webuzo" wizard then select the "I have a backup file (.tar.gz) saved in home directory" option and add the backup file name then click on submit

Your backup file data will be restored to your user account.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
