I need to change the E-mail address to which Softaculous sends notificaitons about new Script installs / removals and "Script updates available".
All our cpanel accounts have 2 contact E-mails: Our email (email1) and customer's personal email.
Now, we wanted to change email1 to email2. We modified (API) all the cpanel accounts and set contact email to "email2" and customer's personal email.
I' have also set the reseller's contact email to email2.
I hoped this would be it, but unfortunately it wasn't. Most emails are still sent to email1 but some actually come to email2. I cant figure out the pattern, as all the accounts have email2 set for contact. Email1 is nowhere to be found in our cPanel or WHM settings anymore.
Am I missing something here? Which E-mail address is Softaculous really using for notifications?
