Using Pagelayer Pro, Popular FX free version on WordPress 6.8.1
(also on Wordress.org forum, sorry for duplication. but many queries not answered on Wordress.org)
I have a number of posts which I want to display in a scrolling bar on the home page. I am using the Posts widget for this. It works well except for the excerpts function.
I have created a long excerpt in the post itself, and wanted to limit the length in the Posts widget. In the content section, I set the excerpt length to 10 (not sure if this is 10 words or 10 lines). However, the display is still the full excerpt, not limited in length at all. Pictures attached may help.
