Cannot resolve hostname (3 Replies, Read 2976 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 18 Status:	Hi, I can`t install any script with softaculous.. I always get "Cannot resolve hostname" error, even it`s correct... I tried this with two different sites on same domain... Seems like Sofcaulous doesn`t work with sites that are have sub-site free URL.. eg. sitename.weebly.com Can you confirm this? info: The server I tried is:serversfree.com Domain name: cairojpdept.bugs3.com Hostname: ftp.cairojpdept.bugs3.com Thanks!
