When I make changes to my website and decide to push to live, I want to customise what I change. Is there a reference guide or description on what the following tables represent?

_actionscheduler_logs
_aioseo_posts
_itsec_dashboard_events
_itsec_lockouts
_itsec_logs
_itsec_temp
_lepopup_forms
_lepopup_records
_lepopup_targets
_mailpoet_newsletter_templates
_options
_postmeta
_usermeta
_woocommerce_api_keys
_woocommerce_sessions

Hi,
Sorry for the delay in response.
In the above page, the database tables show have some data changed (i.e. rows added/deleted) when compared to the live site.
You can choose which tables on the live site you want to update from Staging site.
