I purchased 1 year of Softaculous Cloud today ($90 for Professional) and when I try to do anything these red banners keep popping up referencing limits from the free Plan' even though I was on a trial (it was supposed to allow me to create 1 server but said I had 0 under the free Plan') so then I upgraded to the professional Plan' thinking this would fix it, but it is still referencing the limitations from the free Plan Everywhere!! Please help, how can I fix this so I can start using it?!?
But when I go to the Billing tab, it shows the correct Plan, it says,
Current Plan: Professional
Expires: 13/7/2025
Type: Premium

Yes, It seems I need more help, it keeps auto-logging me out very often so I have had to log back in a lot, but I still manually logged myself out just in case that would "jog" something, but no it's still showing me on the free plan on just about every page BUT the billing page, for whatever reason that page is updated perfectly showing I pad, my invoice, and the current plan I am on - which is correct. It's just when I try to do something, like create a server, it shows the error banners. Like If I just go to the add server page, everything looks ok, but as soon as I click the button to actually add a server, that's when the error pops up.
And I forgot to mention, yesterday right after this happened I cleared all my cache too and that didn't have any effect either.
Please look into this further. I have a server already paid for waiting to be used!!
