WWW., domain won't load without www. (7 Replies, Read 7525 times)

Group: Member Post Group: Working Member Posts: 105 Status:	Just installed a new webuzo. and its working fine, but I have a small issue where the domain will not work unless I prefix with www.mydomain.com if I enter just mydomain.com I get this.... This site can’t be reached mydomain.com refused to connect. even if I use test.mydomain.com it will load the domain. Group: Guest Status:	Hi Welcome on Webuzo! Please try to add also domain with www https://www.webuzo.com/wiki/Add_Domain also check www domain will be also present on DNS once added.

Group: Guest Status:	Sorry, just check in DNS you have also www domains. Not need add www domains in Webuzo, you have to have DNS record with www.

Group: Guest Status:	The domain has been added with www in Webuzo? Maybe you should add without www. I see there are present a record for not www domain so seems to be OK if the IP is correct.

Group: Member Post Group: Working Member Posts: 105 Status:	This is very strange, I added another domain to the list and that it working has expected, just the primary domain does not work as it should. So I changed one of the new domains I just added as the primary domain, now it working, but the original domain still don't work, so it must be something wrong with the dns on the first domain. ----------------------- Buildz Hosting
