Group: Member Post Group: Newbie Posts: 1 Status:	Hi, everyone! I turned my Moodle installation from one server into a softaculous template. I then downloaded it to my PC. I'm now trying to use it to install the same Moodle version on another server. I manually added it into the softaculous_templates folder with the file explorer. It showed up but when trying to restore it, I get this error: Unable to open in read mode '/home/[hidden name]/softaculous_templates/template-old-install.tar.gz' There was some error while unzipping the template files What am I supposed to do?

Group: Softaculous Team Post Group: Super Member Posts: 5804 Status:	Hi, Unfortunately at the moment templates cannot be restored on another server. You can use the template to restore on different sites on the same account/server.
