Hi,
I have a couple of questions.

1) How can we move licences from one company account to another?
2) How do we move a licence to a server with a new IP address?
3) How can we recover our login details (for our primary account) as the password reminder page simply refreshes every time?

Hi,

1) you will have to contact support and they will do it for you
2) you can update license Ip from the Client Center or contact support and they will do it for you.
3) I just tested the password reminder page in IE 8, FF3 and its working fine sir. Do you see the page asking for username and a security code ? Following is the URL:
