Guys, install Ampps on your computer, which comes with the premium setup which is 3x better than the free version.  It's THE way to do development ... do it all on your local machine without having to install a Apache/SQL/PHP/Perl/Python (it's included in Ampps), then upload it when it's ready to go.  What a god send.  Pulkip Gupta and his team are a blessing. Plusplushosting offers the premium version with their shared packages ... they have speedy servers - it's almost as fast and sometimes faster developing online than it is with AMPPS.  I've been with them for about 10 years.  No, I'm not connected with them in anyway other than they host about 30 of my websites.  I've had many other webhosts, none compare. Chances are you can get your host to provide the premium softaculous at a modest price ... $3/mo or so.  It's definitely worth it imho.  I tried the free package after trying the premium and was very disappointed ... the free version does not have the best packages ...it has good ones, but not the best imho.
