Hi,

Sir did you edit the path to :
home/softaculous
or
/home/softaculous

Did you add the slash at the beginning ?
Also did you execute the CRON command :
Root> /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php

If you still face the error please open a support ticket with the root details of your server we will check it.
