If i install apache on my window server and not iis7.0 will i be able to use softaculous Ampps?

Hi,

AMPPS will work only with Apache bundled in it.

Though you can try creating symlink (mklink command in windows). We haven't tried it yet.
AMPPS will always search for apache in Ampps/apache folder.
