The correct command for the cron job should be :

/var/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/php /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/softaculous/cron.php


This way, you use the cpanel apache/php and the cron job will work even if the public apache/php is not compiled with the ioncube option.
