Typo3 version updates (4.5.22)

I clicked on it and got the next page where I saw the dropdown and the ability to choose 4.5.22 or 4.7.7. When you hover over the upgrade icon it just says upgrade to 4.7.7 which was confusing and why the customer did not want to hit the upgrade button. Thanks!
