Hi,

Are you directly connected to internet ? or are you using proxy ?
AMPPS doesn't support proxy yet.

Execute /Applications/AMPPS/ampps/softaculous/enduser/install.php if it is present :

/Applications/AMPPS/php/bin/php -c /Applications/AMPPS/php/etc/php.ini /Applications/AMPPS/ampps/softaculous/enduser/install.php


If install.php is not present then run the cron :
